Wei Chen (Korean: 웨이 첸; Chinese: 魏辰) is a Chinese trainee under Rock Forward Entertainment. She is a member of the upcoming Chinese girl group Univu5. She is also a former member of the pre-debut girl group Shining Star Girls and a former pre-debut member of BABYMONSTER.
She is best known for being a contestant on the Chinese survival show Youth With You 2.
Career
2020: Youth With You 2, BABYMONSTER
In January, she, along with fellow trainee Jane Wang, became contestants on the Chinese reality survival show Idol Producer 3.[1] She was eliminated on episode 16 after ranking 16th place.[2]
2023-present: Univu5
On March 28, 2023, she was revealed as a member of the upcoming Chinese girl group Univu5 under her birth name Wei Chen.[3]
