"Tail of Hope" is the 34th Japanese single by BoA. It was released on June 26, 2013 with "Tail of Hope" serving as the single's title track.
The physical release comes in four versions: a CD+DVD edition, a CD Only edition and two limited USB editions only sold on BoA's official fan club shop, SOUL shop. The CD+DVD First Press edition come with a post card of size 20cm x 13cm, the Special edition with the CD+DVD edition come with a mini-poster with the lyrics and the Special edition with the CD Only edition come with a ticket (not specificated for that). An English version of the song released as a separate special edition CD was also made available exclusively to members of BoA's official fan club who purchased both the CD and CD+DVD editions. [1]
The b-side was originally titled "Sonna Kimi (そんな君, Disturbance)" but it was replaced to "Baby you...".
"Tail of Hope" and "Baby you..." was later included on her eighth Japanese album Who's Back?.
