Taguchi Keiya

Taguchi Keiya (다구치 케이야) is a Japanese trainee. He is a former member of the pre-debut group RBW JBOYZ and a former member of the Japanese group BOYMEN AREA KENKYUSEI.

Career

2017-2019: BOYMEN AREA KENKYUSEI

On December 7, 2017, Taguchi Keiya joined BOYMEN AREA KENKYUSEI as he was announced to be one of BOYMEN Tokyo Kenkyusei (BTK)'s founding members.

However, in early 2019, it was rumored that some of the members had left BTK, including Taguchi Keiya. On July 25, 2019, he announced on his formerly personal Instagram account that he had a new challenge to do. His Instagram account was immediately deleted after that. He later was revaled to be a contestant of Produce 101 Japan, where all of the contestants are individual trainees, so it was assumed that he had left BTK.

2019: Produce 101 Japan

In 2019, Keiya participated in the GyaO! reality show Produce 101 Japan. Unfortunately, he was was eliminated in the fifth episode with his final rank being 65th.[1]

2020: RBW JBOYZ

Taguchi Keiya was added to the line up of a pre-debut boy group under RBW's Japan subsidiary, RBW Japan, on September 19, 2020.

2021: Produce Camp 2021

In 2021, Keiya participated in the Tencent reality show Produce Camp 2021. Unfortunately, he was was eliminated in the fifth episode with his final rank being 78th.[2]
