Suen (수앤), also known by her real name, Han Sooyeon (한수연) is a South Korean singer-songwriter and producer. She is the vocalist of the indie band Hanalog Tempo and a former member of the girl groups A.sia and and SSEN.
Career
2006–2010: A.sia, SSEN & solo debut
Suen first debuted under StarMade Entertainment as the leader and lead vocal of the member girl group A.sia on May 11, 2006 with their debut studio album, Baby Cat. Suen had one solo track released on their debut album, titled "I Don't Know". However, the girl group disbanded a year later without a comeback.
Four years later, Suen re-debuted in the trio girl group SSEN with the release of their debut album First Album on June 24, 2008. SSEN also never released any further music and is presumed to have permanently disbanded sometime later.
A year later, Suen was featured on the first track of the album The 3rd Mini Album by Taegoon which was released on September 7, 2009.
Suen then went onto making a solo debut with the digital single "Don't Cry" on April 1, 2010. Just two months later in June, Suen made a comeback with her second digital single "Parting". On September 15, Suen was one of the featured singers on the digital single, "Love's Number", released by J-hwan.
Following her solo releases and collaboration, Suen went inactive for 3 years.
2013: Temporary return
Suen made a temporary return to singing with the collaborative digital single, "Tears on Christmas", with rapper Bliss, released on December 23, 2013 . Suen went inactive again for the next 3 years.
2016–present: Debut with indie band Hanalog Tempo
In 2016, Suen returned as a singer-songwriter and producer under the K-indie band Hanalog Tempo.
