Shin (As One)

Shin (신) is a Hong Kongese singer under Unleash Entertainment. She is a former member of AS 1.

She was a contestant on the survival shows Produce 101 and MIXNINE.

Career

2015-2018: AS 1, Produce 101, MIXNINE

Shin debuted as a member of the Hong Kong based girl group AS 1 with the group's first release "Catch Me Up". Together with the group she debuted in Korea on July 13, 2015 with the single "Candy Ball". She left the group in late 2015, but later re-joined the group for nearly a year in 2016.

She became a contestant on the survival show Produce 101, where she represented Chorokbaem Juna. She ranked #23 and was eliminated in episode 10. Later in 2017, she became a contestant on MIXNINE, where she was also eliminated in episode 10, ranking #32.

• She is of mixed Chinese and Korean descent, but was born in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China and later raised and lived in Hong Kong.
