Seo Herin (서헤린) is a South Korean-English former trainee. She is a former SM Entertainment trainee and former member of the pre-debut trainee team SMROOKIES.
Career
2014–2015: SMROOKIES
In 2012, she got cast as an SM Entertainment trainee. Before officially becoming a public trainee, she made a brief appearance in Red Velvet's Happiness music video. In October 2014, she sang S.E.S.'s "I'm Your Girl" alongside other SMROOKIES members for EXO's variety show "EXO 90:2014". She also participated in the SM Town Live World Tour IV concert alongside other SMROOKIES members. In June 2015, SMROOKIES, including her, appeared in News 'Korean Pop Idols Rule Asia.
On July 9, 2015, Herin was revealed as a new trainee under SMROOKIES, alongside Koeun and Hina.[1]
From July 23 to December 17, 2015, she appeared on Disney Channel Korea's The Mickey Mouse Club as a Mouseketeer alongside other SMROOKIES members.
From 2016-2017, she was inactive with SMROOKIES.
2017: Idol School
In 2017, Herin became a contestant on the survival show Idol School, confirming her departure from SM Entertainment. She was eliminated in episode 10 after ranking 22nd place.[2]
