Pyo Hyemi

Pyo Hyemi (표혜미; also known simply as Hyemi) is a South Korean singer, lyricist and musical actress under MEFLEX Entertainment. She is one half of the duo Me:us and a former member of the girl group 9MUSES and its sub unit 9MUSES A.

Career

2010–2019: 9MUSES, 9MUSES A

On August 12, 2010, she debuted as a member of 9MUSES with the group's first single album "Let's Have A Party".

Following the graduations of Euaerin and Minha on June 7, 2016, she became the sole member remaining from the group's original debut lineup.[1]

She debuted as a member of the group's first sub unit 9MUSES A on August 4, 2016 with the single album "Muses Diary".

Following Moon Hyuna's graduation on October 3, she was appointed as 9MUSES' leader.[2]

On February 10, 2019, Star Empire Entertainment announced that 9MUSES would disband after nine years of activities. The group officially disbanded on February 24 following a fan meeting and the release of the digital single "Remember".[3]

Hyemi was the only member to participate in all of 9MUSES' activities from debut to disbandment.

2022: Debut with Me:us and new agency

On April 17, 2022, Pyo Hyemi, alongside fellow former 9MUSES member Moon Hyuna, debuted as a duo Me:us with their first digital single "Memories".

On November 28, Pyo Hyemi signed with MEFLEX Entertainment to promote as an actress.[4]
