Kim Taerin (김태린), formerly known as Daye (다예), is a South Korean singer, rapper and actress under O Entertainment. She is a former member of the girl group Berry Good.
Career
2015–2019: Berry Good, MIXNINE
Following the departures of Subin, Iera, and Nayeon, she was introduced as member of Berry Good on January 26, 2015, under the stage name Daye.[1] She made her debut as a member on February 9, 2015 with the digital single "Because of You".[2]
In October 2017, she, alongside fellow members Johyun and Seoyul, became contestants on the survival show MIXNINE. She was eliminated in episode 10 after ranking 32nd place.[3]
On May 16, 2019, JTG Entertainment announced that she would not be participating in Berry Good's comeback due to health concerns.[4]
2023: New agency
On September 25, 2023, she signed an exclusive contract with O Entertainment to promote as an actress under her new name, Kim Taerin.[5]
