Jueun (주은) is a South Korean singer-songwriter and actress under Brotherhood Entertainment. She is a member of the girl group DIA and its sub-unit L.U.B.
She made her solo debut on April 27, 2023 with the single album "Easy Breezy".
Career
2017: Debut with DIA, L.U.B
On April 5, 2017, Jueun, along with Somyi, were announced as the newest members of DIA.[1] She made her official debut as a member on April 19 with the group's second studio album YOLO.
On August 22, she debuted as a member of the group's second sub-unit L.U.B.
2019: V-1
On September 13, she became a contestant on the vocal reality survival show V-1. She was eliminated in the first round, after losing to Dreamcatcher' Siyeon.[2]
2022–2023: AER MUSIC, Solo debut with "Easy Breezy"
On December 19, 2022, AER MUSIC announced that Jueun had signed with the agency.[3]
On April 27, 2023, Jueun made her solo debut under AER MUSIC with the single album "Easy Breezy" on April 27.[4]
2024: Changes of agency
On May 2, Jueun appeared to have transferred to EPISODE MUSIC.[5]
On June 28, she released her first digital single under EPISODE MUSIC titled "Stay".
On August 16, EPISODE MUSIC announced that they have ended their contract with Jueun.[6] On August 19, it was revealed that Jueun had signed with Brotherhood Entertainment.[7]
