Jang Haon (장하온), formerly known as Lian (리안), is a South Korean singer under Mountain Entertainment. She is a former member of the girl group TURAN.
She made her solo debut on August 28, 2019 with the EP Pandora.
She is also known for being a contestant on Miss Trot, Last Singer and Show King Night.
Career
2013–2016: TURAN
On July 10, 2013, she made her debut as a member of TURAN with the digital single "Shotgun", under the stage name Lian. She was assumed to have left the group in May 2014 as she stopped appearing with the group.[1]
In March 2016, Lian appeared to have rejoined TURAN and appeared with them on Chinese show God of War.[2]
On May 5, 2016, Lian and Alyssa released a mini album titled Hello TURAN in China as a duo, under TURAN's name. It was revealed by Lian years later that the mini album was planned by the two members without the company. However, plans for the duo were scrapped due to the THAAD political conflict and Lian returned to Korea.[3]
2019: Miss Trot
In February 2019, she participated in reality trot competitive show Miss Trot and finished at #20 place.[4]
On August 28, 2019, she made her solo debut with the EP Pandora, under her real name Jang Haon.
2020: Last Singer
In March 2020, she participated in reality singing competitive show Last Singer but was eliminated on the first round.[5] She was later revived in round 2 and continued in the competition, before getting eliminated on the same round.[6]
2023: New agency, Show King Night
In February 2023, she signed an exclusive contract with Mountain Entertainment.[7]
In August 2023, she participated in MBN's Show King Night but was eliminated on Episode 7.[8]
