I&M, alternatively stylized as i&m, was the first subunit of the cancelled girl group T.O.P Girls. They debuted on March 21, 2020 with the release of their first digital single, "The Sun Is Dazzling".
History
2020–2021/2022
In May 2020, Minji and Ian were the first two members to be revealed as official members of the upcoming girl group T.O.P Girls. On December 3, 2020, it was teased that they will form a sub-unit named 'I&M'.[1] On March 21, 2020, they officially debuted as a sub-unit with the release of their first digital single, titled "The Sun Is Dazzling".
Since late 2021, member Ian had departed from StarCom Entertainment and T.O.P Girls, hence leaving the status of the subunit unknown. No updates were given of T.O.P Girls' status throughout 2022 and their Naver Cafe became inactive, thus it is assumed that the girl group's debut had been cancelled sometime in late 2021 or in 2022, effectively also disbanding I&M.
