Hiroto (NXD)

Hiroto (이쿠미) is a Japanese trainee. He is a former member of the pre-debut boy group NXD and a former member of the group BXW.

He is best known for being a contestant on the Japanese survival show Produce 101 Japan, Chinese survival show Produce Camp 2021 and Korean survival show Boys Planet.

Career

2019: Produce 101 Japan

In 2019, Hiroto participated in the GyaO! reality show Produce 101 Japan. Unfortunately, he was was eliminated in the eighth episode with his final rank being 36th.[2]

2020: BXW, RBW JBOYZ

On April 3, 2020, Hiroto was revealed to be a member of a predebut group, BXW. However, on May 16, 2020, it was announced that he had left the group and the agency.

Hiroto was added to the line up of a pre-debut boy group under RBW's Japan subsidiary, RBW Japan, on September 19, 2020.

2021: Produce Camp 2021

In 2021, Hiroto participated in the Tencent reality show Produce Camp 2021. Unfortunately, he was eliminated in the final episode with his final rank being 15th.[3]

2022–2023: Boys Planet

On December 29, he was introduced as a contestant of Boys Planet, which aired on February 2.[4] On April 13, he was eliminated in episode 11 after ranking 21st place.[5]

2024-present: Departure from NXD

On October 31, 2024, RBW announced that Hiroto has left NXD.[6]
