Tomoaki Maeno (前野 智昭, Maeno Tomoaki, born May 26, 1982 in Shimotsuma, Ibaraki) is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with Arts Vision. He started his career after attending the Amusement Media Academy and Japan Narration Acting Institute. During the 4th Seiyu Awards, he won the title of "Best Rookie". He is married to fellow voice actor Mikako Komatsu.
As a child, Maeno's interest in voice overs began after watching Dragon Ball with his sister. To realize his dream of becoming a voice actor, he took on part-time work as an assistant while completing mandatory training courses. When he attended the Japan Narration Acting Institute, he was in the same class as Tatsuhisa Suzuki, Kana Ueda, and many more. His hobbies include baseball and soccer.
Maeno's various roles include Charles Phipps in Black Butler, Konro Sagamiya in Fire Force, Kid Flash in Young Justice and Lif in Fire Emblem Heroes
