Sandy Fox (born July 13, 1963 in Monroeville, Pennsylvania) is an American voice actor and singer affiliated with Abrams Artists. She and her husband Lex Lang reside in Studio City, California.
Fox was raised in Swissvale where she performed in school musicals and worked part-time at Kennywood. She found a job doing live stage performances at Walt Disney World and was later hired to sing for the Cocoanut Manor Orchestra. After 11 years of singing with the group, she was made the official voice for Betty Boop in Universal Studios. This brought a change to her career as she became interested in voice acting enough to take a workshop session in 1990.
Upon moving to Los Angeles, Fox was assigned background character roles for cartoon shows like The Simpsons. She eventually rose to popularity when the anime market became more widespread in America. Aside from voice acting, she is involved in the development of several original animations and children's books for her non-profit organization Love Planet Foundation. Fox is an environmentalist at heart, advocating the importance of reducing pollution, recycling, and preserving indigenous sites. Her favorite quote from Buddha is "Your work is to discover your world and then with all your heart give yourself to it.", living by those words through meditation and activism.
When it comes to Fox's vocal performances, she is often typecast as children or young female characters due to her high pitch. Some of her roles include Aigle in Rumble Roses XX, Sailor Chibi Moon in the Viz Media dub of Sailor Moon, and Vyrn in Granblue Fantasy.
