Lei Bin (雷斌; onyomi: Rai Hin) is an original character in Dynasty Warriors: Godseekers. His style name is Shībó (onyomi: Shihaku).
Role in Game
Lei Bin is Zhao Yun's childhood friend who helps break the seal binding Lixia. He is a fan of heroic exploits and ancient legends, enthusiastically explaining the hotshots of the era to his friend. He travels with Zhao Yun and Lixia to find the latter's mystic gems scattered during her release.

Lei Bin is included in the game to provide another perspective to the story and prevent romantic interactions between Zhao Yun and Lixia.
Personality
Armed with a curious and rational mind, Lei Bin is an observant lad.

Despite wielding a unique weapon, Lei Bin's attacks are mostly derived from the crossbow moveset.

- Solar Fan (九星扇; lit. "Flying Star Fan"): Hits multiple foes in range. Based on the crossbow moveset's fifth charge string from Dynasty Warriors 8.
- Cosmic Cannon (迸星砲; lit. "Bursting Star Shot"): Hits multiple foes in range. Based on the crossbow moveset's sixth charge string from Dynasty Warriors 8.

- Musou Attacks
- Chaotic Dreams (開物成夢; lit. "Discovery Realization Dream"): Hits multiple foes in range. In terms of animation, Lei Bin pulls out a second bowgun and rapidly fires an array of arrows towards his targets.
- Creation Blast (志創堅固; lit. "Spirit Creation Materialization"): Hits multiple foes in range. Has a chance of fainting enemies. In terms of animation, Lei Bin uses two bowguns to fire several golden projectiles in a semi-radial pattern, then turns around while shooting to make the barrage more circular.
- Heavenly Knowledge (天長地究; lit. "Heaven-Long Earth Studies"): Hits surrounding foes. Has a chance of paralyzing enemies. Based on Lianshi's Storm Wave Musou attack from Dynasty Warriors 8, though the arrows fired are not water-based.
- Synchro Finisher: After finishing a synchronized attack with the whole party, Lei Bin turns around once before firing one last shot at the enemy.
- Red Skills
- First Strike: Increases strength by 50% and mobility by 2 for one turn only.
- Close Quarters: Increases defense against close-range attacks, but weakens it against long-range attacks.
