Kozuki Oden (光月おでん, Kōzuki Oden) is the daimyo of the Kuri region in the Land of Wano. The Akazaya Nine, a legendary group of samurai, served under him as his retainers and most trusted servants. He is the father of both Momonosuke and Hiyori. Oden participated in piracy for several years of his life, sailing with both the Whitebeard Pirates and the Roger Pirates for their final voyage to Laugh Tale. He is the 9th DLC character to be added to One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4.
Role in Games
In the fourth game, Oden is a playable Power Type character who is unlocked immediately after buying the Samurai of Wano DLC pack.

- , , , , : Oden stomps the ground with his right foot, generating a red aura. He then slashes downward to the left, then dashes forward a short distance to unleash a horizontal slash to the right. He then does a cross slash, then does a jumping downward slash to the right, then finishes with a final cross slash. All the slashes will shoot forward red sword beams.
- : Oden strikes a pose to charge himself up with red Haki. If he's charged, then he will do a downward overhead slash with both swords, creating quakes along the ground that travel forward and shooting forward two large vertical sword beams.
- , , , : Thrusts forward and does a cross slash. He then unleashes a flurry of rapid jabs in front of him that will shoot out red energy projectiles. He finishes with a dashing forward thrust.
- , , , , : He does a counterclockwise and clockwise spinning slash in quick succession, then leaps up and lands with a large overhead downward slice, creating a large explosion of red energy.

Fighting Style
Kozuki Oden possesses extreme physical strength and durability, able to kill a bear at the tender age of four by flinging a boulder at it. His strength greatly enhances his already deadly combat capabilities.
Oden is highly skilled in swordsmanship, wielding the named blades Enma and Ame-no-Habakiri. He wields both in combat, and developed his own variant of dual-wielding, which he dubbed Oden Two-Sword style. In game, he is able to power himself with red Haki, as well as imbue his swords with it. Many of his attacks involve him shooting sword beams in multiple directions, allowing for great crowd control and damage. His special mechanic allows the player to charge Oden up with red energy, which increases the damage and range of his attacks.
Oden is able to use all three types of Haki.
Trivia
- Counting both playable and non-playable characters, Oden is the only one who only appears in flashbacks in One Piece.
- Oden had yet appear in full in the Anime before becoming playable in Pirate Warriors. He is the only character with this trait.
