Poorly Dressed

"Good clothes come to those who wait!"

– The legend of the Poorly Dressed

The Poorly Dressed was a group of kids who after being dressed in clothes from Le Sissie felt too embarrassed to exit the store and became feral within the clothes racks.

Even though Numbuh 11-Teen communicated with them through a series of random sounds and gestures, the Poorly Dressed were able to speak a limited amount of English.

Biography

Each member of the Poorly Dressed was once brought into Le Sissie by their parents and made to wear one of the terrible outfits they sold. Not wanting to be mocked and laughed at by other kids, the Poorly Dressed instead remained inside the store and took refuge in the world inside the clothes racks and growing feral. They developed a legend that "good clothes come to those who wait", which helped keep them from leaving the store. Numbuh 11-Teen of Sector P.h.D was sent to Le Sissie to study this group of kids.

Poorly dressed as sector v

Sector V joined Numbuh 20,000 and his SKWID Squad on a mission to blow up the bridge connecting Le Sissie to the mall. Before taking down the bridge, Numbuh 5 went inside the store to pull out innocent kids. The Poorly Dressed knocked Numbuh 5 out while she was hiding from Father and the Delightful Children. Numbuh 11-Teen untied Numbuh 5 and showed her the Poorly Dressed, when the kids started dancing around while chanting their legend, Numbuh 5 could no longer keep herself from laughing at them. This led to the two of them tied up above a pit of Tacky belts, but they were soon rescued by Sector V and the SKWID Squad, who traded their clothes with the Poorly Dressed in order to get them out of Le Sissie. After Numbuh 20,000 blew up the bridge, the Poorly Dressed stole their submarine and disappeared (Operation: B.R.I.D.G.E.).
