The shepherd is a character in Kirby: Right Back at Ya!.
General information
He is a Cappy who serves as the farmer of Cappy Town, tending over the Sheep owned by Mayor Len Blustergas, despite not tending to handle them very well, as many sheep have been seen to escape from their pens in the anime. His clothing features a sleeveless green shirt and he can also be seen wearing one of two mainly-green hats; one with a feather on it and one being more cylindrical. As seen in Prediction Predicament - Part II, he has a wife and two kids.
