Peloo is an enemy in the Kirby series, debuting in Kirby's Dream Land 3. It is invincible and cannot be inhaled.
Physical Appearance
Peloo is a floating, smiling face with round, blue eyes, about twice as big as Kirby.

Peloo first appears in Sand Canyon. When Kirby (or Gooey) approaches its location, Peloo appears and drops its tongue to try to grab him. If Peloo grabs him, it will chew him up and then spit him out.
Etymology
Peloo's name may come from the Japanese onomatopoeia for licking, ペロペロ (peropero), referencing its form of attack.
Trivia
- Peloo's form of attack likely served as inspiration for Glom, as both attempt to chew and spit Kirby out when he gets close; Glom's Japanese name is also somewhat similar.
