Doctor Moro is a monster who appears as the main antagonist in the two-part Fossil Fools episode of Kirby: Right Back at Ya!.
Physical Appearance
Doctor Moro initially appears physically similar to Tiff and Tuff. He is dressed just like a scientist, has tufty gray hair and a gray mustache, and blue sunglasses. When he's ordering his minions to attack, Moro changes to be monstrous looking, having his hair stand straight up and his sunglasses become more pointed, while also growing small fangs and sharp claws in the process.
Personality
Doctor Moro at first appears to be a kind and friendly person when he meets Kirby and friends, having them gather lizards for him to gather DNA samples from and experiment with. However, this does not reflect his true personality: that of an archetypical mad scientist, using his expertise on dinosaurs in order to create an army of dinosaur-like monsters by using the DNA of various denizens of Cappy Town. He also shows a similar mindset to those working to Nightmare Enterprises, as he states to King Dedede that he would build a state-of-the-art laboratory and then discuss his exorbitant fee. Doctor Moro is very intelligent and deceptive, able to manipulate King Dedede and Tiff into helping him satisfy his own nefarious needs in secret.
History
Doctor Moro is a deranged mad scientist who is an expert on dinosaurs. He was sent by Nightmare Enterprises to help King Dedede fuel his new dinosaur obsession by cloning dinosaur DNA and building a theme park to prove that real dinosaurs do exist. However, Moro is secretly working to create an army of dinosaur monsters from the DNA of the people of Cappy Town, which look just like various of those inhabitants themselves. His secret intention also involves using Kirby's superior Star Warrior DNA to create the ultimate monster: Kirbysaurus. Doctor Moro eventually becomes freaky-looking when he's ordering his minions to attack. In the end, both Doctor Moro and his minions were destroyed by Crash Kirby.
Powers and Abilities
Dr. Moro's special ability, owning to his expertise on dinosaurs, is cloning dinosaur DNA and mixing it with other living beings' DNA. He uses needles, especially flying ones that look like mosquitoes, to do so. He conducts his experiments in a laboratory where he makes new dinosaurs in the likeness of the people he managed to take some genetic samples from. Able to work in the genetic engineering field, he is capable of rearing his monster creations to maturity in minutes. He does not engage in combat directly, though, even when he transforms into his more monstrous form.

Trivia
- Dr. Moro, like the episodes he's in, is based on Doctor Moreau from the novel "The Island of Doctor Moreau." His name is even pronounced the same way as the character, Doctor Moreau.
- Doctor Moro is one of the few monsters who can talk.
- Dr. Moro is one of the few monsters who didn't explode when destroyed by Kirby. In fact, he perished in an explosion that consumed him, alongside with Paint Roller.
