Akio Ohtsuka (大塚 明夫 Ootsuka Akio) is a Japanese male voice actor affiliated with 
Mausu Promotion. He was married to fellow seiyū Yōko Sōmi. His father, also a seiyū, is Chikao Ohtsuka.
