Seiji Ishida is a master of Yami.
Appearance
Ishida is a tall man with slick black hair, a scary face and a nice suit.
Personality
At first he was just a normal and good politician, but that was just a ruse. In truth, Ishida is a cruel and ruthless man who will kill anyone who opposes Yami, even children. He seems to be rather psychotic, giving off a rather insane and psychotic look when fighting the Shinpaku Alliance and a menacing scream at times.
Yami/YOMI Saga
Yami Transport Data Arc
Ishida was captured by a weapons group of Yami and Inspector Honmaki and the Shinpaku Alliance went to save him. After he was saved, he destroyed the data of Yami that Niijima had and revealed his true nature and it was him who framed Ryōzanpaku. As he fought the Alliance, acorns would be thrown at him from the bushes keeping him from fighting at his full and would discover that it was Sakaki in hiding. After fighting Sakaki, he would easily be defeated and be shocked that Niijima already spread out the data of Yami on the Internet and was later arrested.
Hachiou Executioner Blade Arc
Ishida was later seen preparing to escort Yami to the conference room stating the prime minester wishes to meet them stating that scum like Ryozanpaku has no right to interfere with there business. He later curses that Honmaki told them of what was going on at the Tokyo bay. Once in the conferece room, he stays quite for most of it only to yell at Honmaki for speaking out loud and again when Ryozanpaku discovers of the diversion's purpose. When the Prime Minister questions what is going on, Ishida states that Yami from all over the world has been mobalized and the world will return to a state where warriors will become the center of everything. As such, Yami has increased the powers behind the shadow's and are the equivalent of a nation, which has the Prime Minister cursing at him.
Abilities
Being a master-class opponent, Ishida is an extremely powerful fighter and would have easily defeated and killed almost all of the members of the Shinpaku Alliance and Chikage had is not been for Sakaki's interference. Takeda commented on how his ki is much stronger than Fortuna and much more terrifying than him. He is a master at fighting with a bladed staff but was defeated by Sakaki.
