Omake 52 is a bonus feature that was included in volume 52.
Summary
Kenichi is shrunk down again to Tōchūmaru's size and visits his home. This time Tōchūmaru introduces to him a mini submarine and invites him to ride it with him but Kenichi refuses as he has the trauma of falling into the hot spring twice before when riding Tōchūmaru's flying bicycle and moused-sized helicopter, but was forced to in the end as the mini submarine is supposed to be rode underwater anyway. They drove under the water of the hot spring where a giant Renka Ma, Shigure and Miu were having a bath. The giant Renka grabs hold of the mini submarine where the tiny shrunken Kenichi is in towards her massive chest and says that there is like something riding inside of it. Things then got worst when Shigure almost kills the shrunken Kenichi by slicing the mini submarine into half thinking that it was some kind of weapon used to attack them by someone while they were enjoying their bath.
Even at normal size Kenichi would still get obliterated and killed easily by Shigure no matter what if they were to fight to the death. The now weak, tiny shrunken Kenichi clearly doesn't stand a chance against his giant almighty master Shigure in a fight.
