The Rain Coat Girl is a fan from We ♥ Katamari. She gives out the Clouds Stage in the Select Meadow. Her school's teachers and students all love Katamari Damacy and play it together. A field trip was planned for the next day, but the forecast predicted rain tomorrow. During homeroom, they agreed to request for the rain clouds to be rolled up.
