Satsuki is the future Kamen Rider Leangle (仮面ライダーレンゲル, Kamen Raidā Rengeru) that appears in the Kamen Rider Blade novel. Satsuki was the current wearer of the Rider System succeeding Mutsuki Kamijo and is described to resemble him in appearance.
History
Satsuki is a Domed City resident who grew up with Azumi in the Hole however he grew tired of life down there and snuck out, leading him to be arrested and taken in by the current Admiral as his servant, eventually becoming a captain of the Guardians. Satsuki is ordered by the Admiral to arrest Hajime Aikwara, but ends up working alongside him to overthrow the Domed City. However, after hearing voices telling him to fight, Satsuki gains the Leangle Buckle and transforms into Kamen Rider Leangle.
He is manipulated into fighting Hajime and is assisted by green spiders. However, Leangle is defeated by Chalice in battle, and Satsuki is able to snap out of his madness. Satsuki later becomes acquainted with Kazuma Kenzaki and Tachihara. The four Kamen Riders unite to face the Master and the Destroyer, evolving into their Final Forms to prevail in the final battle. In the aftermath, Satsuki becomes a backup observer in the North Pole.

Leangle's default for assumed by using the Leangle Buckle and Change Spider Rouse Card. The transformation fuses the user with the DNA of the Spider Undead. Leangle has higher specs than Blade and Garren, allowing him to compensate for the fact that he cannot assume other forms like them.

In the final battle against the Master and the Destroyer, the four Kamen Riders assume their Final Forms. Blade takes on King Form, Chalice adopts Wild Chalice, and Garren and Leangle transform into undisclosed super forms. The appearance of their new forms remains unknown, and it is uncertain whether Leangle is in his King Form or not.
