Jormungandr (ヨルムンガルド, Yorumungarudo) is Naoki's inner Phantom which tries to makes its way to the real world by smashing the Gate's Underworld.

Naoki Katayama is portrayed by Takaaki Kuwashiro (桑代 貴明, Kuwashiro Takaaki), who previously portrayed Makoto and Tarantes Worm Purpura while mimicking Makoto in Kamen Rider Kabuto.
