Miwako Hino (日野 美和子, Hino Miwako) is a young lady who works at a nongovernmental Himiko Study Association as assistant president. She was possessed by the Himiko Ghost Eyecon, with Himiko's spirit allowing her to predict Knife Ganma's next victims and warn Takeru, Akari and Onari to protect them.
While Himiko's spirit is using her body, her eyes turn blue and she speaks in a slightly deeper voice.

Portrayal
Miwako Hino was portrayed by Rie Tsuneyoshi (恒吉 梨絵, Tsuneyoshi Rie). While under the possession of Himiko Damashii, she is briefly voiced and co-voiced by Tomokazu Seki (関 智一, Seki Tomokazu).
Notes
- Since Miwako Hino's work was study the Himiko and she is also the key to find out the Himiko Eyecon, it is very interesting that her name also has the kanji Hi (日), Mi (美), and Ko (子).
- Hino doesn't seem to know Kamen Rider 1, but with the Himiko Eyecon's prediction power, she knows that he is a "great person in legend".
