In "Sounding", Choo-Choo catches her skimming money from the cash register and drops hints that he is on to her when she comes to the table (such as requesting "skim" milk).
In "Alive Day", she is excused by her employer Avery Markham when Raylan and Tim visit The Portal, questioning about the murder of Calhoun Schreier.
