Otsuka Akio (大塚明夫) is a singer, actor, voice actor, and the son of voice actor Otsuka Chikao.
On February 11, 2005, he married voice actress Soumi Yoko, but later divorced in 2009. On January 7, 2020, he announced his second marriage.
