Moonlight walker

Moonlight walker is the 1st CD single by A.B.C-Z. It was released by PONY CANYON on September 30, 2015.

The title track was written by Matsui Goro, composed by Makaino Koji, and arranged by Funayama Motoki, and features a nostalgic pop-style melody with a modern arrangement, making it a "cool adult" number. It was chosen from three candidate songs based on the members' common opinion that "Since this is our first CD single, we want a catchy song," and Kawai Fumito especially recommended it. At first, the other members chose different songs, but Totsuka Shota, who agreed with Kawai's opinion, encouraged the decision, saying, "It's a bit old-fashioned, but it might be interesting if we add something new to it." Hashimoto Ryosuke had chosen a refreshing song, so it was complicated until the recording, but he said that it was fun to sing, and he was glad that this song was unexpected and not typical of A.B.C-Z.
