Akiyama Ayaka (秋山文香) is a former fifth-generation member of Seifuku Koujo Iinkai and its sub-units, Kotobuki Tai and Hellow. She joined in 1998, and originally graduated in February 2001, but returned to the group on March 23rd, 2002. She withdrew permanently less than a year later.
