Dream Homes

Dream Homes are a feature added in the Dream Homes Update on April 28, 2023. There are currently 5 homes in the game which range between 45,000 - 1,500,000 in price. Dream Homes replaced the former Houses & Apartments; they work similarly but with different functions, like being one-time purchases.

Limited Furniture

Some furniture is only available through unlocking it in safes, reaching a certain level in seasons, defeating the CEO, or having a specific gamepass.

Home Vaults

Home Vaults are an additional way to earn cash in Jailbreak. It can be armed when 2 or more players on the same team are inside a home/penthouse. Once armed, a timer will start and everyone in the home at the time of arming can contribute to adding money in the vault by completing robberies and arresting criminals. Once the timer runs out, the vault automatically opens and everyone who was in the home at the time of arming it receives the full amount of cash from the vault.

The opposing team to which that armed the vault can crack the vault, having to do a puzzle similar to opening the vault inside the Crown Jewel. Once cracked, all the money inside the vault goes to the player that cracked the vault and which the opposing team gets notified that their vault has been cracked.

Changing teams while a home vault is armed will result in receiving no cash from the vault.

• The Home Vault can be used to gain some extra money while doing robberies and arresting criminals.
• Most Dream Homes are located near vehicle spawns for players to have convenient ways of transportation after leaving their homes.
  • The Desert Crawler was relocated to spawn behind the Desert Hideout.
  • The Surus spawn was moved to spawn beside the Modern Town Home, replacing the old Deja spawn nearby.
  • The Beach House is located in the Beach Town. A few houses down is the trading pier where the Tow Truck spawns.
  • While a bit far away, the Hospital is located near the Rising City Penthouse that houses the Ambulance, but the Rising City Garage is also nearby for players to spawn and customize vehicles.
  • The Crater City Penthouse is right across the Crater City Gun Shop, which gives easy access to the Shell Mark-5.
• All houses, except for the Desert Hideout, have a garage or podium that displays the homeowner's latest vehicles driven.
  • For the penthouses, if the latest vehicle driven is the Semi, part of the vehicle will be glitched outside the window.
  • It is also possible for the Bank Truck to be displayed here.
• When this feature was added, all the old houses and apartments were removed, alongside the VIP confetti gun.
  • The VIP confetti gun may have been replaced with the confetti cannon, which is no longer VIP exclusive.
• The maximum amount of dream homes you can have claimed at one time is 3.
• Players are able to drive small vehicles into the lobbies and even elevators of the Rising and Crater City Penthouses as well as inside the actual penthouse.
  • One of the easiest vehicles to do this with is the Tiny Toy due to its small size, other being the Volt.

Miscellaneous Trivia

• The Rising City Penthouse and Crater City Penthouse are the third most expensive one-time purchases in the game, with the second most expensive being the Scorpion, and the most expensive being the Concept.
• The Crater City Penthouse is the third location in the game to feature a swimming pool, with the first being the Crown Jewel and the second being the Mansion.
