The Isios Blade (イシオスブレード) is a powerful sword from Ys V: Lost Kefin, Kingdom of Sand. Forged from the eponymous metal using the power of alchemy, Adol uses this sword to defeat Jabir and destroy the Philosopher's Stone.
It briefly appears during the tutorial fight in Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana, but is lost at sea along with the Lombardia.

Trivia
- In the original draft, the Isios Blade was the game's most distinctive weapon. It was supposed to be obtained as the weakest sword in the early stages of the game, and would be strengthened every time another Isios-type weapon was obtained throughout the game, eventually becoming the strongest sword and the weapon used in the final battle.
- The concepts of "using different weapons depending on the situation" and "strengthening a sword" would be implemented in Ys VI: The Ark of Napishtim via the Emelas Swords.
