The Cave Lake (洞窟湖 Dōkutsu mizūmi) is a lake at the end of the Limewater Cave on Canaan Island. Since the first part of the area is completely submerged, Adol Christin needs the Grattheos Talisman to cross it.
Near the end of the lake, Adol Christin finds the third and last part of the Mirror of Zeme. Another Homunculus named Xisa appears shortly after and awakens Orjugan in order to stop Adol from further interfering with their plans. Defeating Orjugan reveals a tunnel hidden behind his head. Adol explores the hidden path, but since it is blocked by a large pile of rubble, turns to leave again. Before he can leave the tunnel again, Adol hears a noise coming from the rubble. He turns around and finds Dogi blasting a path through the rubble with his fists, clearing the way to the Sunrise Inlet.
