Meidōmaru (冥道丸, "Meidoumaru") is one such demon who guards the Underworld and has control over the Windmill of Time, as his presence keeps it from turning further.

- Enhanced slashes: His slash is extremely powerful as it has the color purple from the power of the underworld.
Weaknesses
- Spiritual powers: His first weakness was the spiritual power of Moroha's, using her sacred arrow on him that it shows his threads of fate, but it's not enough.
- Zanseiken's power: As Towa plan to absorb his jaki, she used its power of the Kyūyōkon on him so that he cannot move, and his threads of fate will come even more so Setsuna can sever it.
