Chapter 561

Ryosuke's Strategy (Part 2) (涼介の作戦 (後編), Ryōsuke no Sakusen (Kōhen), "Ryosuke's Strategy (Continued)") is the five hundred and sixty-first chapter of Initial D.

Plot

Keisuke realises that Ryosuke's prediction was right, and that he might have a chance to attack sooner than he expected.

Go admits Kubo's prediction is right, that there is an additional factor besides the rain; Hakone's fog. He wonders how it will affect the race.

Keisuke and Ikeda race towards a wall of fog.

Junichi hears from one of his teammates further down the course that the course is covered in fog that only gets thicker the higher you go. He hopes that it won't leave Ikeda completely blind, as he should still be able to perform with minimal vision. He doesn't think it will affect the outcome of the race either way, as any driver would have to slow down in it.
