The Unidasu is type of Orbinaut-series Badnik created by Dr. Eggman to serve as part of his robot forces in his efforts to conquer the world.
Overview
Supposedly modelled on a sea-urchin, the Orbinaut typically appears as a red metallic sphere with two eyes and four spiky mace-balls gravitating around it. It hovers through the air with its mace-balls constantly swirling around it, ready to bludgeon any nearby targets. The mace-balls can also be used as projectiles, though once they have all been cast, the Orbinaut is left defenceless.
Background Information
- The Unidasu was based on the Orbinaut robot in the Sonic the Hedgehog video game series, specifically the original concept art. They first appeared in the original game on the Sega Genesis.
