Worry is one of Guertena's paintings located in the Guertena Art Gallery and the Violet Area in the game Ib. It depicts a section of a white face the right of the canvas. A single eye is shown. It is against a red background and surrounded by a violet frame with gilded corners. In the Violet Area only, a blue variation can be found.
If Garry walks by it in the Violet Area, sometimes the eye will blink.

In the Guertena Art Gallery, it is on the upper floor to the right of the Couplet Towers.
In the Violet Area, the painting is to the left of Juggling on the wall on the east side of the main room.
In the True Guertena Exhibit, it is in the room to the right of the reception area and all the way down on a wall segment. It is to the left of Still Life on Table.
