The Sitting Room is a room in the center of the Gray Area of the game Ib. It is unlocked using the Gray Key.
In the center of the room is Reserved Seat, which Ib can sit on, while Couple hangs on the back wall. There is a small window on the left side of the rear of the room. There are three bookcases on the left side of the room, the middle one can be moved either to the left or the right, moving to right results in the bookcase blocking the window. There is another bookcase on the right side of the room. There are two stools in the room, one standing up and the other knocked over, both of which are affixed to the floor. There is also a canvas, with a message that reads, "If you're tired, why not rest? You'll never be hurt again..."
Trying to leave the room causes Ib and Garry to realize they are locked inside. A knocking can be heard, causing Garry to tell Ib to be careful. If Ib tries to sit on Reserved Seat now, Garry will stop her, tellng her that it's not time to be sitting around. A short while later, The Lady in Yellow will smash through the right side of the rear of the room. Ib and Garry can use this hole to escape, dodging The Lady in Yellow in the process. If the moveable bookcase isn't blocking the window, The Lady in Blue will burst through it a few seconds before the The Lady in Yellow breaks into the room.
