Lin Storm is the granddaughter of Master Storm and a childhood friend of Dante Vales's, who lives in the Taihang Mountains of China.
History
Lin was trained alongside Dante Vale in their childhood, by her grandfather. They would train intensely in the mountains everyday. S2E43
Many years later, troubled by Arc's prophecy, Dante returned to the Taihang Mountains where Lin, now grown up, attacked him, challenging him to a duel. With the pair evenly matched, Lin complimented on his abilities, revealing her identity, and welcomed him back to see her grandfather. She later assisted Master Storm in giving Dante an intense training session. As he rested, Lin sensed something was on Dante's mind and encouraged him to open up to her. However, Dante apologised and told her he was worried about Zhalia Moon.
Lin and Dante later studied Master Storm's most powerful spell, Copykind, before Dante was interrupted by an urgent call from Metz. Dante then invoked Umbra and teleported to the Castle of Vlad Dracul using his new Copykind power. S2E43
Personality
Although at first Lin acted very suspiciously, tough and even violent, she later revealed herself to be rather friendly. Nevertheless, she is still not a person to mess with, as during the fight she is extremely alert and is always ready to stand her ground. She is very proud of her origin and family and respects her grandfather. However, she also appreciates other strong people. She cares deeply about Dante, who she appears to have feelings for, as she compliments him, encouraging him to open up and brings back memories from their childhood.
Abilities
Lin is an accomplished martial artist, able to hold her own against Dante Vale, as well as assist in his training. She is extremely fast and her spells are associated with knife-throwing, at which she excels.
