Huntik Magazine

Huntik Magazine is a comic book series based on Huntik: Secrets & Seekers. It was released monthly in Italy and Europe by Tridimensional S.r.l. and Kappa Edizioni, beginning in March 2009 and ending in February 2012. In total, 18 issues were released, despite a 19th issue being ready for publication and a 20th being pencilled.

Each issue consisted of a new comic book story, accompanied by character profiles, features on a specific Titan type, fact files on real-life legends and historical locations in a Place of Mystery section, and several exclusive posters or gifts. It also allowed readers to send in their own Titan ideas to which the artists would draw their idea which would then be shown in the Your own Titans section.

01		The School of Mystery	Issue 01	March 2009
		Lok and Sophie discover that their classmate and enemy, Ford, a brilliant student of the Venice Preparation Academy, is also Seeker, working for the Organization.

02		The Titan of the Forest	Issue 02	April 2009
		The Huntik team travel to Sherwood Forest to find the Titan of Robin Hood, Arawn the Hunter. However, the forest is guarded by a mysterious archer, and the Organization have sent their men to recover the Titan.

03		The Fire of Georgiopolis	Issue 03	May 2009
		The Huntik team is after the legendary lance of Saint George, Ascalon, and enlist the help of Tel Aviv Huntik Foundation agent Gil, but Ryder is determined to gain the artifact for the Organization.

04		The Treasures of Alexandria	Issue 04	June 2009
		The Huntik team set out to sea to recover the four Amulets of the Tritons. However, Gregor and another Organization agent, Captain Caine, are not going to make the quest easy for them.

05		The Carnival of Deception	Issue 05	July 2009
		It's carnival time in Venice! But not everyone is safe. The Organization are planning something sinister. With people in masks everywhere, the Huntik team are unsure who they're against as they investigate the Medallion of Saint Mark.

06		Island of the Titans	Issue 06	August 2009
		On their way to a new mission, the Huntik team's jet is attacked by the Organization, and they crash land on a mysterious island. Trapped in a strange, valley Lok and Cherit must fight off giant birds and rescue the rest of the team from the giant Titan, Polymaximus.

07		The Headless Horseman	Issue 07	September 2009
		A mysterious Titan is wreaking havoc in Sleepy Hollow in New York, and it's up to Huntik team to solve the mystery and put a stop to it, to save the locals and keep the Seeker world a secret.

08		The Curse of Venice	Issue 08	November 2009
		The team clash with Ford and his gang to take control of an ancient magic sword. However things go from bad to worse when Ford gets away and the Legendary Titan of the Deeps, Grand Dragon Leviathan awakens.

09		Grand Dragon Leviathan	Issue 09	February 2010
		The Legendary Titan of the Deeps, Grand Dragon Leviathan, is causing devastation to the city of Venice. The Huntik team battle to save the city before it's too late.

10		Mission to Skara Brae	Issue 10	April 2010
		The team run into an Professor Rickman, an old enemy of Dante's while on a mission to the Neolithic settlement of Skara Brae in Scotland.

11		Seekers of Ys	Issue 11	June 2010
		The Huntik team land in Brittany as they embark on a treasure hunt, following clues that lead them to the statue of Gradlon the Great, the Bay of Death and finally to the mythical lost city of Ys.

12		The Lost City of Casterwill	Issue 12	September 2010
		In the underwater city of Ys, the Huntik team battle Professor Rickman and Captain Caine but they are soon joined by Ford, Ryder and Gregor and all seems lost. In a twist of fate, Ford is double crossed by the Organization and Lok chooses to save him.

13		The Secret of the Flying Dutchman	Issue 13	November 2010
		A new Organization team, led by Diaz and Snake, pursue the Huntik team as they try to track down the coveted Titan Ghostfog that haunts the Flying Dutchman, a ghostly ship.

14		Cerberus	Issue 14	January 2011
		Dante has gone missing, so Zhalia leads the team to find the Amulet of Cerberus. They are forced to make a deal with Rahmas, an Organization mercenary who has dealings with the sinister Dr. Benway.

15		The Titan of the Stage	Issue 15	March 2011
		Ford joins the Huntik team on a mission to find Todd, a member of the Monsterok band who has gone missing. As Dante Vale and Ford investigate deeper, they soon encounter Lee Roy, a dangerous Organization Seeker who is after Todd's Titan, Thunderok.

16		The Bulls of Pamplona	Issue 16	August 2011
		Sophie receives an invitation from a distant relative and goes with the team to an abandoned house. But it's a trap set up by Snake, who takes Cherit hostage as he and Diaz are still hellbent on reclaiming Ghostfog's Amulet.

17		The Power of Kronos	Issue 17	November 2011
		The Huntik team attack Dr. Benway's base in order to recover his Legendary Titan of Time, Kronos. but everything goes wrong when Kronos sends Lok and Sophie back in time to the 17th century. Can they correct the past to change the future and find their way home?

18		The Guardian of Yonaguni	Issue 18	February 2012
		When a Foundation agent, Emi, comes to the Huntik team for help, they travel to Japan and dive down to the underwater island of Yonaguni. There they battle Wilder and the Organization for the Amulet of Kyojin.

		The Huntik team, now joined by Harrison Fears, travel to the snowy mountains of West Virginia where they face the wild Titan, Shadowing, and the Blood Spiral.

Trivia

The magazine often featured free gifts including two exclusive Panini miniatures, the first being Cherit in Issue 01, and the second being Gareon in Issue 07. An exclusive Willblade sword was included with Issue 18.
