Portia is Holly Hobby's fashionable city best friend.
Personality
Portia is trendy, fashionable, and creative, she designs her own clothes. She is rich, and because of how her parents are constantly busy, she does not get enough attention. This leaves her to be very insecure. If Holly disagrees with one of her opinions, she is too insecure to have her own opinion and adds on "Just Kidding!". This is probably due to her fear of losing Holly as a freinds, so she doesn't ever want to disagree with her. Her fear of losing Holly makes her rude to Amy and Carrie because she is jealous of them, and would rather be alone with Holly. All of her mean comments she pretends are jokes. Later we find out she does like Amy and Carrie but is putting up a defensive wall because she thinks they don't like her, just like she feels her parents don't like her. Despite her flaws and insecurities she is a friendly, social and creative girl who makes a great friend. Holly's mom says Portia is usually very polite.

- Kathleen Barr will later go on to voice Trixie Lulamoon from My Little Pony, who has a personality similar to Portia.
