Zarina is a new character who debuts in The King of Fighters XIV.
She is voiced by Ayumi Fujimura.
Story
Third member of the South America team, Zarina is a smiling and cheerful woman fighter. Fond of samba dance, she uses her dancing skills to kick her opponents in rhythm. She fights hard to protect the nesting place of her toucan companion "Coco" whose species is facing the threat of extinction. Zarina wants to win the prize money to procure land as a nesting place for her pet Coco, a toucan and its species. While the South America Team didn't win, they saw good fortune coming out of the tournament when Liccia awakes from her coma, Zarina convinces Antonov to help procure land for Coco after he already purchased much of the land for one of his businesses.
Personality
Zarina is a nice and optimistic person. However, it doesn’t mean she is above resorting to pragmatism to get what she wants.
Powers
- Chi Attacks: Zarina can infuse her attacks with chi, usually in the shape of flowers.
- Wind Manipulation: Zarina can create a flower hurricane in her Climax.
