Wubbzy is the main protagonist of the Nick Jr. preschool TV show, Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! He is best friends with Widget, Walden, and Daizy. He lives in a large tree.
He is voiced by Janet James (who also voiced Ned from The Koala Brothers) in the UK dub and Grey DeLisle (who also voiced Mandy from The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Kitty Katswell from T.U.F.F. Puppy, Sam Manson from Danny Phantom, Puppycorn from Unikitty!, Yumi Yoshimura from Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi, and Jeanne from Bayonetta) in the US dub.
Appearance
He is an anthropomorphic light yellow gerbil-like creature with a unique long spring-like tail that allows him to bounce around. He is small in stature, with beady black eyes, a rectangle-shaped body, and a black oval-shaped nose. He has little, nubby ears and four fingers on each of his hands. He also has round feet.
Original Character Description
Wubbzy is a curious and carefree little guy who spends his days chasing flutterflies, eating ice cream cones, and playing games of kickety-kick ball and hippity-hopscotch. All Wubbzy wants to do is play, play, play! Whenever Wubbzy runs into a problem, he relies on the help and advice from his friends.
Personality
He is an optimistic, playful, easy-going, curious, innocent, bubbly, caring, and friendly character. He tries to befriend everyone, including antagonist-like characters, such as Old Man Grumpus. He also isn't the brightest character in the show.

- Wubbzy is quite similar to Tigger and Roo from Winnie-the-Pooh. All three characters bounce around.
- Also, Wubbzy is quite similar to SpongeBob SquarePants from the same name as the show. Both of them are square and yellow.
- He was originally named Wubby before having his name changed to Wubbzy.
