Wally Walrus is the tritagonist of the Woody Woodpecker franchise.
Bio
Wally is an anthropomorphic walrus who mostly speaks with a pronounced Swedish accent. In other stories, however, he sports a New York accent.. Wally is rather dimwitted at times, and quite quick to anger when provoked in any way. He has a relationship with Woody Woodpecker that has akin to the one between Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd.
Appearance
Wally is an pot-bellied walrus who has a bushy light brown mustache, black thick eyebrows, a buldging pink nose, a conical head, fair skin, two fangs hanging from his upper teeth and peachy colored feet. He wears a light green shirt, green shorts, a light blue monocle he has for glasses, and a pair of white gloves.

- Its possible that Wally Walrus' character design became an inspiration for Dr. Ivo Robotnik from the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog television series due to being very similar in appearence with the conical shaped head and long moustache alongside a fat body.
