Teddy Sanders is the main antagonist and anti-hero of Neighbors. He is the president of Delta Psi Beta. They live next door to Mac and Kelly Radner. At first they became friends. Mostly they have a baby girl. Those guys party loud, Mac wants them to turn it down. They couldn't hear them. Mostly they call the cops on them to turn down the noise. Teddy and his friends started their feud with them. Teddy is a good boyfriend to Brooke Shy. Teddy's frat has nearly three strikes and one more strike they will lose their charter. They start to feud and one time Teddy tells the Mac and Kelly that when their daughter she might date one of these guys if they continue to live here. Mac found a way to get rid of them. Mac falsely lies to Teddy that his girlfriend brooke is cheated on him with his best friend Pete Ragazolli. He figures that is not true. Mac and kelly are doing whatever it took to get the fraternity out of this house. They did, the cops came over to stop this. Teddy took s bullet for Pete. After he was arrested and got out. Charges were dropped and the fraternity was shut down and lost their charter. Teddy decide to change himself, after he got arrested. Mac runs into Teddy and they patch things up. Teddy is taking night classes getting his degree and taking college seriously from now on. He works as a shirtless greeter at Abercrombie and Fitch store. Mac joined in and started to become friends again.
