Take Hirako is a former Ghoul Investigator under Amira's command.
He is voiced by Takayuki Kondo in the Japanese version of the anime, and by Joel McDonald in the English version of the anime.
Personality
Hirako has a completely calm personality and has inherited the same cold and calculating approach to fighting ghouls. Despite this, he is very reasonable and even questions the consequences of the C.C.G.'s policies and the actions of the members. Even after the timeskip, he was the voice of reason among the C.C.G. Hirako also has deep loyalty for Amira as he protected him at all costs and even after Amira died, he resigned from the C.C.G. and begin to aid Kaneki in his goal to make a better world because Amira would of wanted it.
