History
A perfect cat-type robot floating in the sky where everyone can live happily and everything is perfect [Paradapia]. He protects the safety of the people of the city, and at first attacks Doraemon and the others, thinking they are enemies, but gradually they break down and develop friendship.
Appearance
He is black coloured and wearing a green coat.

He believes that robots mustn't be modified.
