Osbourne is one of the two pentagonists (alongside harriet) and the father of Otus in Timmy Time.
Appearance
He is owl. He has magenta and purple feathers and has a yellow beak.
Personality
He helps the children with their problems. He is sometimes seen cleaning the nursery. Osbourne is serious but is soft underneath. He is very organised and loves to play the keyboard.
