Noa Himesaka is one of the main protagonists of the yuri anime and manga series WATATEN!: An Angel Flew Down to Me and the next-door name of the Hoshino family.
She was voiced by Akari Kitō who also voices Nene Yashiro from Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun, Kagura Sohma from Fruits Basket, Nezuko Kamado from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, and Happy from Fairy Tail.
Personality
Noa is a self-absorbed girl who is oftentimes bubbly but also loves to tease Miyako for her insecurities. Her main belief is that she was not only "cute," but that she was the most adorable girl in existence hence why she often gets crestfallen when Miyako implicates that Hana was cuter.
Biography
Noa is the next door neighbor of Miyako and Hinata Hoshino. Upon seeing Miyako wearing one of her cosplay outfits, she blackmails her into staging a contest between and Hana on who was more cute. However, when Hana wins, she gets comforted by Hinata who tells her that she was the cutest girl that she had seen and she develops a crush on her. For the most part, Noa tends to spend a lot of time with Hinata and Hinata in turn would provide her with emotional support.
Upon learning that Kanon and Koyori were coming to the Hoshino residence due to several rumors circulating about Miyako, Noa goes to inform Miyako, and also decides to help her make herself seem presentable to the two girls. When that fails, Noa further provides support for her alongside Hinata, Koyori, and Kanon.
In another episode, Hinata suggests that she and Noa spend the day together. Unsurprisingly, Noa overexerts herself whilst preparing for the "date," and unwittingly ends up ruining the sandwiches she had made for the occasion. However, Hinata happily eats one of the sandwiches and unintentionally makes her blush by talking about her being cute.
